What Skills can you bring to our ranks?[/b][/i] I can be a great leader as I have lead large groups of clones before. In the past I have been an EXO (Executive Officer) on another server and lead large groups of clones who were mostly new people to SWRP yet I still lead them to an exceptional standard as I have also done on this server. I am a confident speaker and can state orders efficiently for them to be enforced on the battlefield. I can and will give clear orders so all troopers understand the task and their specific roles during events and debriefs. I will be able to give general information that will be needed on board the ship and on the battlefield for all troopers to follow. If a trooper has misbehaved and/or misguided other troopers I know the fair punishment and will have that provided to them immediately by myself, shock or another trustworthy trooper. I canine a job for each trooper to carry out so there are no troopers messing around and so they are doing something productive. Some of my special skills are that I am a quick thinker and learner. I can quickly learn things that I need to and can think of good tactics and strategies efficiently I can also control all types of people. Whether they are calm or hectic I usually know how to contain and control them for them to be able to useful for the Republic and to be able to use them as a good resource.
